I recently changed banks and in doing so I changed all my details with all debtors. I have 2 contracts with these people and filled in 2 forms to get have my account number changed. Needless to say they still debited from my old account which I haven't had time to close. I have tried to call and enquire but the number has been engaged for days now. I refuse to pay for the gym and will be terminating the contracts. I am away and unable to personally go to the gym qnd enquire. This has really made me upset. The issue needs to be resolved ASAP as I face more bank charges. I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed in their service.
