I have been waiting since 27 Aug 2013 for product to be delivered to my house it was give for my wife who birthday was on 30 Sept and i am still waiting. I have phoned about Extra R400 on phone calls to nedbank to find out where my product is and everyone just says will be there soon or the manager will contact me back with feedback which never happens. Nedbank why must i do follow up work on your staff and take my time and money. I feel like they must sort this problem out and give me my money back that i made in phone calls. And delivery the product and make me happy customer.
