I requested my Virgin Active membership be frozen for Jan13 in Dec12 as I have had multiple issue switching from the Vitality program to Multiply. The call centre agent I dealt with said that it was all in order however the debit orders for Jan13 have been sent through for processing and they would subsequently process a refund just after the debit order goes through in Jan13.
I have still not received the refund and I have also tried phoning the call centre on more than two occations, they promised to find out and escalate and get back to me however nothing has been done.
