On Saturday I visited the Mr. Price Sport in Galleria Mall - Amanzimtoti and spoke with Avin regarding Spike shoes for athletics. Avin committed to order these shoes from their Hillcrest store. He would contact me the moment they arrived. Needless to say this never happened and I had to call again. Avin then said he will be calling me back, never happened. I called again this morning, 4 days later only to be informed that they are busy with stock take and tomorrow is a public holiday, so I will only receive it next Monday. In today's world you can send a parcel around the world in 1 day. How can it take more than a week to get something from 1 place in Durban to another place in Durban? I made it clear from day 1 this is urgent. Why should I be happy with this kind of service? Do they think their products are appealing enough to treat customers this way and we will be forever thankful for any kind of service? There are many other places to shop and I will never support them again. If my business wont make a difference, then this complaint will probably also make no difference. Thanks for nothing.
