Terrible Service

I joined Planet Fit Rivonia in August via Multiply and have recieved shocking service. After a month my membership was cancelled and queried it with the manager (Krish) as I noticed I was not being billed either. He assured me it would be resolved and I emailed my details. Absolutely no response to my mail. Visited the gym again and my membership seemed active. A month later and cancelled again. I queried that I am yet to be billed and Krish says that I must not mention that part and he will resolve the problem. Again i email and no response. It is a wonder that he can be in a managerial position. Membership is still inactive few months later. I ask for an email of someone I can complain to on the website and no response. Try calling head office and no one answers at reception either. Very close to joining Virgin Active!!!
