To and bad customer service

Rejoined on 1-12-13 on R99 jfee, a free bag, free Dec promo, was booked by Abhishek for induction on 4-12-13 @17h00, got there Abhishek said my app is @ 17h30 and Jabu won't see me before then as he's busy with someone. Asked for my bag and he told me my bag was given away by Anita (sales mngr). Anita said its wasn't her fault as she was never told the bag was kept for me but she will make a plan. At 17h30 a Jason came and said he will do the induction as Jabu was absent, however hecould only show me around and won't do the eating/trng plan. When I told him I only waited to get the plans he said I should come back the ff day. I demanded to see the manager suprisingly the very same Jason is the club manager. He then said he will email me the plans without completing the health questioinnaire as it is the norm, upon mentioning this he then changed his story and said it will be done over the phone, I am still waiting. I was to only for them to increase their sales, they could have called to reschedule the app, that's courtesy and good customer service, as for lying about an employee whose not even at work? So much for competency!! Pathetic
