Re-signed with Virgin Active after a hiatus of two years and was quite impressed by the enthusiasm and friendliness of Dave, who led my induction and showed me around my new club, Athlone. Thoroughly enjoyed the gym floor tour and commend Dave for his excellent knowledge and tips on nutrition and mass building. Looking forward to going to my new club now and TRAIN.
