Waiting more than a month for refund!!

I was told that a refund will take no longer than 14 working days and I'm still waiting after more than a month!

I was told by the branch manager (Bradley Emmett) of Plattekloof gym to contact head office in JHB because he can't help me anymore, After calling for more than 9 times a lady in the accounts department (Mpho) told me that everything is in the system but she can't help me and her words to me was "Its not suppose to take longer than 14 working days"

This happened on the 10 October 2013 and I'm still waiting...

So how long must I still wait for my money after I paid the settlement fee on 26 February 2013??

Everyone has some sort of story but no one is showing results. So before you send me so story please just pay my money back!
