It has now been over a month since I have submitted my cancellation letter and still have not received feedback. Despite complaining once before, Trish Tsikada had responded stating that the refund will take 14 working days to process. I am still waiting!!! How long is this going to take? Is Planet Fitness so busy that they don't have the time to offer professional service to customers. I will never recommend this fitness centre to anyone as it has the worst customer service I have ever experienced with lots of thrown in!
