I took my mountain bike for a gear service, only to discover that the mechanics at the shop had swopped my Shimano XT rear cassette for a SRAM bottom of the range cassette. I had bought a full XT groupset, so there is no reason for there to have been a SRAM product on my bike. They are the only bike shop to have worked on the bike besides myself.
I was assured by the owner that this would be sorted out and that I would leave a happy customer. The owner is a and has absolutely no credibility or integrity. He kept making up excuses and was given ample time to respond to the complaint
