After waiting for a rear chain stay replacement claimed under guarantee since October 2013 I finally got a call from Olympic that I must bring my bike (2012 Scott Spark 29') in for fitment. Received the bike back the next day with the following defects...
1. Cranks not fastened - fell off on the first ride - luckily I was not even moving when it literally fell of the bike
2. Excessive play on the rear suspension of the bike - it seems that some bushes and torque settings were missed. Feels like it can separate from the bike at any time
3. Rear brake calliper bolts loose...
Any one of these defects could have cause an accident with serious injuries!! I have absolutely no trust in Olympic cycles, so I have taken the bike to a reputable dealer for PROPER repairs that wont get me killed. My advice to you is... AVOID OLYMPIC CYCLES AT ALL COSTS - THEIR NEGLIGENCE CAN GET YOU KILLED
