I, Mr Pierre de Villiers contacted Kobus, the manager of the Motor cycle shop to come and give me a Quote on my quadbike that i've bought second hand. The chain broke and it won't start. The guy came to colect the bike and told me the cost of the repairs will be R1000, 00 incl his petrol for the collection. Kobus brought the bike back when it was repaired by him. Paid R1200-00 cash. The bike starts to leak oil and would not start again. i phoned him about the complaint and my wife went to his shop personally and ask him if he can come to collect the bike because it doesn't start and he told her that he will come early the next morning. He did not come. My wife went to the shop again and told him please come and collect the bike for it needs to be repaired and i already paid for the job that were done and the bike still is not running. There were also some stuff that was needed to be done and already paid for that Kobus didn't done yet and said that he will do that as soon as he had the parts re: a globe for the neutral light and a rubber.
