A few months ago, Planet Fitness Rosebank introduced a personal trainer to me. I have been using this personal trainer for the last few months and am very comfortable with him. I was recently told that he must move to another club in Craighall and that he is not allowed to train his current clients at Rosebank. This was very upsetting as i am unable to go to the Craighall club, it is very inconvenient for me. It is not fair to provide a customer with a service and then take it away. I am used to my specific trainer and he is the only person that i am comfortable with. My trainer should be allowed to still train me at Rosebank seen as i was not informed of this from the start and i am a daily visitor at the gym. I am a loyal supporter of Planet Fitness, it is very upsetting that they cannot allow this exception for me seen as i train at their club. If my trainer is not allowed to train me, my family and I will leave to another gym with better customer services.
