The AC for the upstairs floor of the gym has been broken going on 8 weeks now. With the heated pool on the bottom floor, training on the top floor is literally like working out in a sauna.
I cannot go to another gym, nor confine myself to the bottom floor, because the only reason I'm at this gym is for the boxing ring and the boxing personal trainer that this gym employs. The boxing ring is on the top floor, now I challenge you to try boxing in that terrible terrible heat. Putting up fans is not good enough - it does not come close to cooling like an AC does, and in addition - having just last week recovered from bronchitis - the fans are causing havoc with my sinuses.
Now I'm paying gym membership and I'm paying my trainer, but I cannot train to the fullest of my abilities - this is absolute nonsense!
When I asked the manager why this hasn't been addressed I was informed that it's out of their hands...
