I called your call centre two months ago regarding debit order on my account of R440.00 and wanted to cancel my membership. The person I spoke to told me I will be contacted by your Accounts department; I'm still waiting for that phone call. I discovered this morning that two separate debits amounting R4000.00 have been debited off my account. I demand an explanation as I have had no contact from you for 2 months.
