Plannet fitness debited my account 3 times in the same month of November 2013. Have not given anyone the authority to do so.

And have not been enlightened of these debits 3 times in the same month of November 2013. With different amounts as well.

Have u checked ur account are experiencing the same. When we call them we await for hours to get information.

This is inappropriate and unacceptable.
