Can I get someone from planet fitness to explain to me why I'm on arrears? My account was debited twice on the 27sep and 1oct (for this month, october) and still told I'm on arrear!! HOW??? I ALWAYS pay my account. I Spoke to "thato" who assured me that the account was being investigated.tried calling the H.O but no one is available when you need HELP/FEEDBACK!! I'm getting off with planet fitness and the way they conduct business.if it isn't the staff ripping people off its THE SERVICE you get. SO UNPROFESSIONAL
