Poor Service

I received a phone call from a debt collector (after three years not gyming at planet fitness centurion gate) informing me that I had an outstanding account, that was December 2012.

After numerous phone calls, emails and a visit to the GM I still have not received any feed back from the regarding the issue.

Most recently they have started deducting money from my account. Not Lyndon (GM) or Gertrude (accounts) have responded to my emails or requests in resolving the matter.

I have had little luck in phoning customer services as it does not seem to exist.

The poor communication and lack of professional service which we look for, pay for and come to expect from an international group is sorely lacking at this establishment.

I encourage customers to record any correspondence had over dealings with Planet Fitness as it is only a matter of time before you will need it
