FIRSTLY THIS IS BY FAR THE BADEST EXPERIANCE EVER!!! firslty we try to cancel our contract with in the first 6 month and was advised that we HAVE TO COMPLETE THE FULL 24 months. and the person we spoke to had a very BAD ATITUDE so i did not even bother to ask a name because she had no phone manners!!! after januarie we called the second time we asked if we can rather pay cash and not debit order and again we were told we are not allowed to do that we have to do it via debit oreder!! again someone with an atitude so we went and put n force stop onto my bank account after the last payment that were made. so in februarie RUTH called me and were very rude telling me its not her problem that i am going threw financial problem every body goes threw it and the she is demanding me to pay R2000.00 just to cancell my contract!!! on the 10 of may 2013 I then asked her again what the amount was that i have to pay she gave me a different amount of R2937 she wants me to pay!!! and like always no one would know anything we are very unhappy with the service and want to know y this is happening and y so many complaints of exacly the same problem are you just a gym seeking for money or what?
