I Joined Plannet Fitness in 2009, i cancelled my contract as i was relocating to Johannesburg. it has been three years now, this week they went in to my account three times to debit R250. when i call them they say is not their fault is their debitors fault and i should personally call them to resolve the matter. My problem is they gave their creditors my details and banking details to debit money in to my account, i never made any arrangement with their debitors to collect money from my account, they went and debit without my permission.
