As i walk pas in town, field street a man approaches me to sign in a gym for fitness the guy took my details and let me sign the form. after 3 months later i realise that they billing on my banking account, i went back and ask they told me if i want to cancel this deal i must get the replacement, who will continue using this contract.
and now i received a letter that i Will be blacklisted and i had never use that gym not even once, and i wonder why they advised customer when they apply that it a contract just because they looking for commotion they don't care about us . please i need this issue resolve . poor service
I am not going to pay for something that am not even using and i wasn't told about it
