This morning to my surprize I see a debit order going off for a 6 month contract taken at Zone Fitness, which was expired end of October already.
Why is it that you have to sign a contract for a specified period and then also sign a form to cancell a contract. This baffels my mind, but is also not the only issue I have. Is this Zone Fitness's way making it more difficault to cancell contract so that they thus not cancell.
So I can move past the contract cancellation, but then I move onto why could it not also send the customer a reminder to cancell a contract? Why is it so hard to maintain good customer service and relationships is beyond me. There are so many ways in which it could deliver a great service and remind customers of the contract, but no ZoneFitness just chooses to deduct funds off your account.
I am sorry but I am not impressed with your service or lack there off. This is the new age and there are so many ways you could have delivered a great service
