After waiting almost a week to get a response from biovea after purchasing online i decided to look up there number and follow up. Apparently there is no contact number so all you can do is hope that it arrives when they decide to send it. Also when i searched for their contact number I came across hundreds of complaints about the same thing and decided to add to the pile. To all of you thinking of purchasing goods through them, don't waste your time and energy because you just going regret it. I hope that one day that this will come to an end...
