Biovea have been promising me my order since the 1st of October and then promising a refund since last week. I have sent 4 emails today and not had any response at all.
The customer service level is non existent and my time and money has been wasted. I placed and paid for my order on the 27th of October!
BIOVEA DOES NOT DELIVER! They take your money and then ignore you!
