REFUND NOT PAID

I recently joined the heath/fitness club on the 26 October, everything was done very quick, the paperwork was done and i paid the joining feel and first direct debit and everything that very same day. After all of that was done a 2 days later, i had a change of heart and i wanted to cancel the membership. I wrote the company a cancellation letter and took it to the club withing the 5 day cooling off period as it is requirement when cancelling. The gentleman that was helping me with the cancellation was very kind, he tried to convience me to re-think my decision. He then processed the cancellation and told me a i would have my refund within 4 working days and that was on the 29 October. Till this day i have sent emails, called the club and the call centre to change the refund, nothing has been done. The only thing that happened was when i was asked to confirm my banking details for which i had to call them first. Im very disappointed to say the least, they were very quick to take my payment but it so hard to refund my R630 back into my account.
