Messages accompanying claims processing exhort members to use the online facility to track their claims. What a farce! I have been trying for the past 3 weeks to access this facility, been promised a report back as to why I cannot do so the latest over a week ago by, Robinne and Amina. I phoned again today after making a further attempt to access the facility - nothing has been resolved, no report has been received. Don't offer a facility that you are unable to operate Momentum Health.
