No Reponse, Virgin Active Cost me R20000.00

After my first Hello Peter, recieved immediate response, but nothng was done to the problem, recieved alot of promisis, one concern was boom gate not working, response was, it is going to be delt with soon, after three weeks, nothing happened, due to this, someone smahsed my cars window, took two cellphones from my vehicle, cost approx R20000.00. When tried to contact virgin active, emails send number of tikme, no response from them. The club is not managed correctly, all members unhappy, will post repitition signed in 5 days time.
