I have complaint regarding the service that I received from Grace Radikonyana. I came to Virgin active because I am a new registered member and needed a tour. She asked me why didn't I do the tour where I have registered as a member, she even refused to take me for a tour saying it doesn't make sense for me to drive all the way for a tour. Why is she worried if I drove all the way because I didn't use her car or her fuel?
She told me to wait for some chap who was busy so that he can take me for a tour, I asked to speak to a Manager she refused to call the Manager for me and told me to tell Receptionist to call the manager for me.
I am not happy regarding the kind of service that I have received from her and need this to be addressed urgently as this is a bad customer service and yet we are paying for that service and will wait for the outcome of your feedback. Should I feel this is not dealt with appropriately will escalate this further.
Richard Branson said treat the customer like a king if she can't treat customers like that I think she is in a wrong field and doesn't deserve to be there.
