Bad customer service

I had parked my car in the 'Spar' parking, apparently. when I wanted to have my card read, the lady told rudely so that I have to pay the 7 rands and what is it that I expect her to do? I was a bit taken aback by the attitude and the rudeness, at first I had to stare at her. she then spoke to me in Zulu and seem to be disgusted that I cannot understand her language. I told her that she is being rude. all she needed to do was explain to me the story instead of going on about how the notice its put up for everyone to read. I go to many branches but this level of service is below standard. I come to gym to feel good and not to have my day ruined by a 'disgruntled' employee. I also work with clients and for the life of me cannot understand how someone can want to ruin someone else 's business by just being rude to customers.
