Offficial Language Policy of Cell C?

Basically I have been with CellC for 3yrs. Looks like its time to move on.
I called in to enquire about the difference on my statement and the debit order that went off my account.
The call centre consultant I spoke to was Musokozisi Jali who suddenly switched and spoke in Zulu.
So what do I do? I switch and speak Tsonga! Turns out he insists "angizwa" he doesn't understand a word I'm saying but hello? Since when do you force to speak Zulu to clients and when you dnt understand my language you become rude? I'm sorry Sir Mr Allen Knott Craig but I think some of your employees aren't doing CellC any good.
Despite the horrible network reception I stood by CellC for fighting for the small guy.
But now after such a horrendous service from Musokozisi I think I should switch.
Since CellC calls are recorded please pullout the recording of my call.
It was made 26 Aug 2013 around 20h30...
