I bought a set of KSO Vibram five fingers from a retailer on 27 July 2013. I absolutely love the shoe and the concept of minimalist soles. I have been training in my vibrams at the gym and I have attempted a single 2km road run. My issue is that the material in the center of the right big toe has teared slightly and the rest of the shoe is in perfect condition. Now for an expensive product I feel it it unacceptable. I returned the product to retailer who in turn called the wholesaler and was not budging. I fully understand that it was not a stitching error, but please explain to me how this could have happened? There was no external object involved with the damage. I am really upset by that as i know that I treated the product with the utmost care. i am not really angry just a sad because I was expecting more quality and a good summer in my vibrams.
