Disgusting Attitude to New Clients

Having recently moved up to Johannesburg from Cape Town, where "Classic Virgin Actives" are non-existent to my knowledge, I have noticed mass amounts of traditional marketing for the Alice Lane Virgin Active in and around the Sandton area promoting what seems to be a superior gym in the Sandton area, the promotional slogan to these Ads has varied between "Opening Soon" and "Now Open".

Yesterday I decide to depart from my loyal gym in Bryanston which is very conveniently situated and make my way through head way traffic in order for me to see what the Alice Lane Virgin Active was all about.

With high expectations on what to expect on my arrival, I was greeted by one of the ladies at reception with a full head to toe glance, not because of my fashionable apparel clearly.

How dare they question my ability to afford their membership, assume that I wasn't a potential new client which clearly I was! The attitude from the staff is repulsive, I have never been treated like this from any company and would never treat a potential customer the way Alice Lane treated me.

When your position yourself as a prestigious gym I expect your customer services to be flawless!
