Firstly my contract was misplaced. I was in arrears for 2-3 months.my contract was expiring beginning 2013.Zone fitness loaded my contract again (WITHOUT MY CONSENT) which now says it expires in 2014.It was handed over to CREDIT WORX stating I owe -R3000 n something.i called the branch to set a meeting to meet vitush and was turned down thrice due to him not being in at the time. ANYWAYS I was then told to settle my outstanding balance of R920.00 then my contract will be pulled back. Till today I get calls from credit worx stating my wife will be blacklisted (coz she is the payer.)if we don't settle the account. This is getting frustrating. OH my last call to Vitush, he said he handed it to Ilze at head office to sort out. As far as she can say, He did not speak to her about this situation. She has contacted vitush to sort out my contract YET till today theirs NOTHING done about it. If im going to be BLACKLISTED then its time to talk to lawyers. SO CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SORT OUT THIS MESS BEFORE IT GETS WORST.
