I got an sms saying that I should call to make payment arrangement on my account. so I call zone fitness parow and the lady tells me im in arrears of R780.00 and that I should call the lawyers, so I do.
I get through to waseema at the lawyers and give her my ref no so she says im in arrears of R3221.00 that's my full membership plus handing over fees.
So I say to her how can they hand me over for my full membership if January 2014's instalment is not even due yet, let alone Decembers instalment?? that doesn't make sense, I should have just been handed over for the R780 arrears amount.
so she says yes she understands and that I should call them and sort it out as interest will also be charged on the R3221.00.
So I call zone fitness and speak to Crystal. she says that's how it is cause I signed a contract.
CONTRACT MY!!! where in the contract does it say that?
how can I be handed over for money that is not in arrears??? AND BE CHARGED INTEREST ON IT??
IM DISAPPOINTED IN THIS INCOMPETENT SERVICE FROM ZONE FITNESS.
I WANT TO THIS SOTRED OUT ASAP.
