I cannot believe the way the members and trainers at the Lenasia branch go on. I was there tonight and seriously am going to Virgin tomorrow to sign up. Ill pay the extra and go where the service is up to speed, rules are stuck to and facilities are far better.
The nature iof my complaint goes after hearing the language used between member at a loud level, worst of all, the trainer, Jabu I think was right there part and parcel of the conversation. I was training with my son and could not bear hearing him listen about sex and drugs. What are the purpose of the trainers on the floor if they are just like the members, surely they should tell them to be appropriate and if the continue then take action. Thabo n Jabu need serious training.
And can someone explain why the gym keeps playing the same music from 5fm ultimixs each time. Day in and
day out. Oh, today there was no music.
the toilets are stained and filthy.
The parking lot has no lights.
I mean really, with a competing gym about 2km away youd expect better service.
