Disinfectant Query: Hygiene

Wednesday 12 June 2013: The ladies steam room had no disinfectant, instead the bottle was full of water, this was at 06:00 which is unacceptable by anyone's standard.

Wednesday 29 May 2013: I informed the gym that the concentration was very weak and was told that disinfectant comes that way
Wednesday 12 June 2013: I took a picture of the disinfectant from the supplier which it is very concentrated. I also took a picture of the over diluted water which was put into the ladies steam room. Why are we being given over diluted disinfectant? Is this a cost saving initiative. One should note that we pay for this service it is not free it is however inferior in comparison to other gyms. Each morning a check must be done to ensure that things are in order.

Virgin Active Vodaworld get your house in order your cleaners in the change rooms have no etiquette they are rude as they work over customers. Please train them they have jobs because we go and use the gym. I am terribly dissatisfied with the Virgin Active Vodaworld Midrand branch, this is pathetic to say the least. It is an embarrassment that smaller gyms have better hygiene standards that Vodaworld appalling is an understatement.
