Disinfectant Query: Hygiene Reoccurring

Friday 22 June 2013: Ladies steam room has no disinfectant, at 05:50 I addressed it with Virgin active person and cleaner. The supervisor said he are instructed to mix to colourless concentrations by his Superior.

Do not put over diluted disinfectant in the steam room as it does not serve any purpose. This issue has been addressed before yet no one here knows of the solution. The was no lime solution (alternative) in the steam room. Jacos mobile number is available at reception to escalate reoccurring hygiene query. This is appalling to say the least how many complaints do you need to sort hygiene issues, this is embarrassing, someone must wake up here.

Below are other times I have complained about the very same issue:

Wednesday 12 June 2013: The ladies steam room had no disinfectant, instead the bottle was full of water, this was at 06:00 which is unacceptable by anyone's standard.

Wednesday 29 May 2013: I informed the gym that the concentration was very weak and was told that disinfectant comes that way
