I would like to log a serous complaint about virgin active, since yesterday and today there is no water. I mean how can you run a gym without water???
When there is problem with equipment they took time to repair it, even steam room it took them 2weeks to fix it? The gym doesn't have enough material and it crowded hence they are still signing new membership?
That gym doesn't have attention at all, why is becos it being dominated by black people?
2years back i log a complaint about weight session no 1 attended my query.
i think it high time take manager of virgin active to give this gym attention.
