Cobble Walk Planet Fitness has been closed from February 2013 and until now we have only received 2 sms's to inform us of what is happening and we still have no idea if / when the branch is opening again.
We have been informed that we can use Aurora branch however for many people this is not convenient as this is to far out of our way.
My problem is that we are still expected to pay the Admin fee in December (double your monthly subscription) but we do not even have a gym - I feel Planet Fitness should not charge any Cobble Walk members admin fee in December to compensate for their LACK OF SERVICE and the INCONVENIENCE and EXTRA EXPENCE that all members had to put up with as they needed to travel to a branch that is "within a 25km radius" for the last 10 months - we did not budget for this when we signed up.
Is it too much to ask that Planet Fitness give a gesture of good faith and not expect us to pay the admin fee... and try to keep us updated of what is going on?? Stop falling back on the small print of a contract and start showing that you actually value your members!!!
