Yet again I had to come back here to complain about planet fitness and your bad customer service. I have been fighting about my cancellation since 2010.. By looking at all the complaints, it's not looking good for you. Refering to my previous complaint that was posted on the 17th of December 2013, my account WAS UP TO DATE WHEN I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT and now you still have the audacity to tell me that it was not!? As I said WRONG IMPRESSION AND COMMUNICATION ISSUE.
I don't see SIYAY RECOVERIES as a solution. You just droped the bomb on me without ANY NOTIFICATION!
