No Response received for a week

So when I wanted to sign up with you guys, you gave me the run around for some time.
As it stands now, I am having issues ensuring my contract is NOT auto renewed and cancelled.

I sent an email through your silly website last week and have yet to receive a response almost 8 days later.
Your call centre has been shut down - why?

I am cancelling my vitality benefit within the next few days, and I then need to provide you guys with the cancellation reference. I want my contract terminated. As far as Vitality is concerned, the contract is set to end at the end of this month. In other words, the debit order that went off this morning should be the last debit order for this contract.

I even tried to make contact with a lady who I dealt with the last time about this by emailing her in response to our last mail correspondence. But even still there has been no response.

Have someone call me and also look in to why you did not receive/respond to my email sent from your website regarding this.
