I had a gym contract at Virgin active, (December 2011) upon expiry of the contract (December 2012) a month before, (November 2012) I gave 30 days notice on the account, a letter was handed into the sunward park branch attention for the branch manager to cancel the membership, I now have lawyers phoning me, (August 2013) a few months ago, i re wrote a letter of (May 2013), handed this in once again to sunward park and now i still have the lawyers phoning, me (August 2013) seriously, Virgin active should give me the equivalent in a free membership on my account.
