Pathetic staff members

I received an email from Virgin Active Sunningdale Club general manager Reza De Greeff stating that my membership had been cancelled due to an incident that occurred. A staff member David had been harassing my girlfriend for a while, this was reported to 2 managers but nothing came from it. I spoke to David in a polite manner, he told me if i had anything to say i should speak to him after hours outside. He approached me minutes later talking about he is going to me up. He tried to pull me down the stairs to fight, i told him let go of me & the fight was stopped (there are witnesses). David was telling random members that he would me up. After hours a fight (which he initiated- there are witnesses) happened outside the gym in the parking lot furthermore my membership was terminated. This all happened outside operating hours in a parking lot that DOESNT belong to virgin active. When almost 10 members cars got broken into in the same parking lot in that same week, they were told that virgin active cant do anything about it as the parking lot didnt belong to them. so on what grounds was my membership terminated? They have no evidence/footage to base their decision on
