Gym Visits quota issue

I have been out of the country for the last 6 months. Being a virgin active member through Discovery I was told that even though it is physically impossible to meet the minimum visits I still can not put my membership on hold. This is firstly absurd, as I was 6000 miles away from my nearest gym. Now that I am back I am told that the gym does not offer certain services which we now require. I contacted the gym where I was told that they will find out what special exercises can be done. I then responded but have since not received a reply from the group exercise manager for 11 DAYS and counting...
I wanted to find out what happens now that the gym doesn't offer the services I require. This will force me to attend another gym causing my visitation frequency to decrease even further. It seems virgin active don't care about their clients and what works for us. Its annoying that no one can help me, actually no one even bothers to make any effort.
