I have a 3 year contract with planet fitness. 1 year was completed in Rivonia with active daily usage, and relocated to Cape Town. I requested in early June to the Rivonia Manager to move my contract to Cape Town CBD, with no action completed.
In July i visited CPT Town CBD Gym to move contract. Harold from customer services contacted me, and has been trying to negotiate the transfer unsuccessfully due to Head Office delays.
I require my 2 year contract (regional contract) remaining to be moved from JHB to CPT CBD.
