Non cancellation of policy

I have cancelled my virgin active policy in December. They have continued to take off the debit order for the past 8 months despite numerous attempts to contact them to verify their mistake. There seems to be no feedback or interest and a lack of customer care.
I am getting frustrated with regards to the situation.
