Joining a gym is painful when not on Meidcal1st I would like to address the fact that why are you punishing non medical aid patrons? 2nd When I pay such a fee I expect things to work, people to be able to help, features to work, machines to be in order ESPECIALLY during peak hours. 3rd I think it is rude to while members are still busy using their expensive membership to clean and pack up under their feet. 4th Signing a year contract. IT FINISHES AFTER A YEAR. And does not automatically mean you can not only up my member ship fee but also extend the contract without asking??? Or is this part of the fine print that we are supposed to not read so that we get trapped. 5th I pay membership upfront, why do I have to give you a months notice? Just so you can milk me while you still can? I have been a member of Virgin Actives since forever, and am currently experiencing the worst financial crisis. And then you realise that you signed a contract with greedy wolves, that couldn't care less about your patronage or loyalty, a corporation of deceiving. But take it all wolves, you seem to need it more than me, I have honour. And please refrain from ever asking me to refer ANYBODY.
