In February last year, I contacted Planet Fitness to let them know that I was not employed, requested that my account be put on hold as I could not afford paying at that moment. Macgregor told me that they cannot put I on hold, they better cancel and requested my ID number which I had sent. Planet fitness kept debiting my account, which had spoilt my credit record. they continued debiting me anyway. my membership was expiring end of February 2013. In May 2013, I received a call from the lawyers, saying my account have been handed over, that I needed to make a payment plan with them, but was charged up to June 2013, even though my membership expired in February. they have since then offered me to pay 50% of the debt upfront, even though I am protesting that they cannot charge me from March 2013, they still count that in.
