I am a disabled gym member at the Virgin Active Gym in the Westville mall. The lift is regularly faulty and in this instance it has been out of order for five weeks. I train there three times a week and only last week did a staff member unsolicited from me tell me that they had a problem paying the supplier as the supplier is "no longer in the system" I have no access to the equipment on the lower level and especially the shower facilities which is on the lower level. I find the management rather lacking... I only got a phone call today after I told the front line staff that I would report this in the media. Equipment that I use on the upper level was also broken this morning. i felt that they could have replaced this with working equipment from the lower level if they had any care for the paying customer. I have been a member for at least three years and have been treated rather shabily.
