I applied online to join Virgin Active Gardens
I was then called and a meeting was set up for me with a sales agent @ 15:30 on Sat.
I arrived @ 15:15 to be early as I was looking forward to joining the gym.
On my arrival the person I was supposed to meet was there, reception had no record of my appointment.
I was asked to sit down and wait.
An hour later, on one had come to see me, no one had come to apologise. Just nothing.
Extremely unhappy with bad service and will not ever spend my hard earned money with a company with such bad customer service.
